Can we use a teleprompter for testimonial videos?

We do not recommend using a teleprompter for anything other than scripted videos. You may get the context the same but most people do not come across as natural when trying to read responses to questions from a teleprompter. It is better to be as natural as possible and people will be more likely to trust your message.

Why do we need a professional hair and makeup artist?

If you are creative a narrative video with actors or simply creating interview videos, it is always a good idea to have a professional hair and makeup artist to ensure that everyone is looking their best for the video. Reducing shine on heads, faces and getting rid of hair flyaways or just adding some color to brighten a face is essential.

Should I use internal employees or hire professional actors in my video?

Depending on what outcome you would like on your video, if it is a testimonial video about the company then real people are always better, but if you are producing with a host of needing to re-create narrative scenes, then stick to professional actors.

We will encourage you to share information, contribute ideas and provide feedback throughout the project. We will make sure that your project stays on track and that you receive a video that best meets your needs.

Will I be able to see how the video is coming along before it is completed?

Yes. As the video is in production, we will keep you updated. You will receive updates at 3 milestones. This is very important to ensure that we are on the same page. It also gives you the opportunity to give feedback and suggest changes along the way.

Who owns the video once it’s completed?

Once your video is delivered and paid for, you own full copyright of the video. You have paid for the work and it’s yours to use as you please. You may be surprised to know that some video companies out there insist that they still own the copyright of their clients work even after it has been paid for and completed.
