Q: What are the advantages of having a wedding videographer for my wedding?
A: You get to keep video of what happened on your special day in crystal clear HD to share with your loved ones for a lifetime to come.
Q: Should I get a wedding video?
A: It depends on how important it is to you to have your wedding documented, to re-live your wedding day with loved ones. This is a personal choice that only you and your partner can decide.
Q: Do you have packages for me to choose from?
A: Yes. You may visit our wedding videographer packages or corporate videographer packages.
Q: How long should I book a videographer for?
A: It depends on how much coverage you would like. It is always best to meet with us to go through details and get more info.
Q: Can we provide our own music to feature in the background of our corporate video or wedding video?
A: Yes, we’re more than happy to take suggestions. Music is an integral part of the story and we always welcome music suggestions from you.
Q: How long will it take until I get my DVD?
A: It will usually take 8 – 10 weeks after your wedding or corporate event.
Q: Do you record in HD format?
A: Yes we do. HD is a much clearer format than standard definition and looks wonderful on an HD TV’s.
Q: What camera equipment do you use?
A: We use professional Canon, Nikon & Sony video camera equipment such as the Canon C100 Mark II, Canon 5D Mark III, Canon 1Dx, Sony EX1 and Nikon D810E. Specific to our clients event, venue and location.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We cover the whole of Gauteng. We also cover the rest of South Africa, however standard AA travelling charges may apply.
Q: We have chosen a videographer package, what do we do next?
A: All you have to do is contact us with the details of the package as well as the details of your function or wedding and we will put together a quote for you.
Q: Can I get a website with my video?
A: Yes you can. We can arrange for a website for you that will include your videos. You can pay the website costs and we will put it up for you. An example of a website for Sam & Jenny would be, which will automatically take them to their wedding videos. For costs, please enquire with us.
Q: How will we get our DVD’s from you?
A: We ship all media via a courier service to your door free of charge. You are also welcome to collect.
Q: Can you do live streaming to a projector?
A: Yes we can. We can also stream HD should you have a projector screen that supports this resolution.
Q: Is it possible to customise a wedding photographer package?
A: Yes it is. Let us know what you would like to change or add and we will gladly help.
Q: Can we order additional copies of our video?
A: Yes, absolutely. Please get in touch with us and we will assist.
Q: Can we meet with you before the time?
A: Yes we would love to share some coffee with you and discuss your function.
Q: What are you working hours?
A: We usually take calls during normal hours. However if you cannot get hold of us then please leave a voice or text message and we will get back to you as soon as we have a free moment. At functions or weddings we work as per our clients specific requirements.
Q: Do you hire out projectors and screens as well?
A: Yes we do. These are optional extra’s that we offer. Please send us a request and we would love to supply you with pricing info.

Q: Do you offer 4K Video’s?
A: Yes we do, you are welcome to enquire with us and we will be glad to assist you with details and pricing.
